I work closely with agents in the Oklahoma City area and they tell me time and time again that they wish more potential buyers would get pre-approved before beginning the home purchase process. They understand that you might begin your home search before seeking home approval but once you're ready to start looking at homes it's a good idea to get pre-approved first. Why you ask? Two simple reasons. 1. It allows you to know exactly how much home you can afford.2. You won't waste your time looking at homes that don't fit in your budget.
I understand that you don't want to feel locked into a deal until you're ready to buy. That's why my pre-qual letter comes with no strings attached. Once you've been pre-approved, you can shop for homes and then let me know how I can help you close the deal.
Feel free to post your questions to this blog or give me a call.
